“Tom and his co-workers are fantastic! They know their way around classic and vintage automobiles. I had Tom overhaul the engine in my 1966 Buick Skylark convertible. The engine was Buick's Hi-horsepower small block in '66, 340cid - 4B 260HP 375lb torque 10.25:1, number's matching. Tom had to build it from the bottom up. The cylinders froze and would not move. I wanted the engine back to stock and Tom did it. He even had a cam custom ground by TA Performance. When the engine got back in the car and I drove it for the first time, I could not believe the response and acceleration. The proverbial “scalded cat” comes to mind. I will not hesitate to take my next project to Wilhite. Some may say they are expensive. I say, “You get what you pay for.” With Tom and crew, you get honest, first class service and a great product.
